Posted in Uncategorized on June 30, 2010 by Ginny PriorI am now booking July and August salmon trips with three of the best guides on the Columbia River . The summer run of big Kings and Sockeye is going to be one of the best runs in the last 60 years. We fish out of the Pateros Motel in Pateros Wa . (Their toll free number is 1-866-444-1985). The motel sits on the bank of the river overlooking the orchards. They will fill up fast this summer so if you’re interested, you need to act ASAP. I will be doing gourmet dinners at the motel this year. The guides charge $200 per rod with a two person minimum. The dinners will be anywhere from $15 to $30 depending on the menu, and I guarantee we will eat better than most. If you or anyone you know is interested please have them call or text my cell@ 509-990-9399. Thank you and fish-on! Marty

Day breaks the fishing curse
Posted in Uncategorized on October 19, 2009 by Ginny PriorThis is my chiropractor Tim Day with a 30 pounder. The curse has been lifted. This is
his first fish on my boat in the last five or six trips. I was going to make him
paint my trailer and polish my boat if he ever wanted to go again. Ha ha.

Hogberg boys pull in prize Chinook Salmon on the Columbia River
Posted in Uncategorized on October 13, 2009 by Ginny PriorChinook salmon caught on the Columbia river on Oct. 4th. It was a 25 pounder caught on a bait wrapped Quick fish. John Hogberg (on the left) fought it for 45 minutes and David Hogberg (right) was the netter. The fish fought so hard that it was almost dead when netted. We thought for sure it was going to be a 45 or 50 pounder.
